August House partners with schools and educators to help train teachers and librarians in the use of storytelling and multiple intelligence theory. Using story as the context, teachers and students can explore, create, and tell stories, including those of their own, in ways that are informed by the latest research on the brain and learning.

We have developed multiple intelligence and storytelling workshops for teachers and piloted programs in their classrooms. Some of the stories written by students in our programs are available on line for viewing at our StoryCove.
